This year again, 9 local communities (Sutrio, Treppo Ligosullo, Cleulis, Timau, Ravascletto, Ovaro, Cabia, Paularo, Dierico) will present their unique versions of Cjarsons, to be enjoyed alongside selected wines from 6 excellent Friulian wineries.
For the 2025 edition, an exceptional novelty: as the tenth location, Slovenian guests from the GO! PASTA will introduce you to Žlikrofi, traditional ravioli, “brothers” of Cjarsons.
Tasting vouchers will go on sale at 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the Infopoints.
Don’t miss the special events at Salotto Paese (Via Roma, 35/A):
• 11:00 AM – Presentation of the book “I Cjarsons… libri, ricette e progetti” with recipes by chef Fabrizio Damiano Casali
• 3:00 PM – Cooking show with Chiara Selenati from the blog That’s Amore, who will reveal the secrets of her Cjarsons; demonstration of Žlikrofi by Slovenian guests, to taste the similarities and differences between the two dishes.
• Throughout the day, the 3D sculpture “Pieve di San Pietro in Carnia” created by Ettore Candoni will be on display.
