The Genziana 1 apartment is located just a few meters from the reception of the Albergo Diffuso and overlooks Via Roma, in front of the Teno Nativity Scene. The Nativity Scene is a testament to the life and customs of Sutrio, created with hand-carved and mechanized wooden figurines by Gaudenzio Straulino, known as “Teno.”

The apartment consists of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom on the first floor, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. To reach the first floor, there is a charming spiral staircase or a secondary entrance accessible from the external stairs of the apartment.

Genziana 1 shares the building with another apartment managed by the Albergo Diffuso, Genziana 2.
