The festival dedicated to one of the main dishes of traditional Carnian cuisine, the Cjarsons, returns for its 11th edition!

We invite you to join us in Sutrio on Sunday, June 4th, from 10 am until 6 pm, to savor 10 variations of this dish prepared by associations from neighboring villages.

Traditionally, the filling of these “ravioli” consisted of whatever ingredients were available in the pantry: potatoes, aromatic herbs, leftover spices… resulting in a unique taste that evoked a sense of home!
