The Clematide apartment has been renovated while preserving the traditional Carnic architecture with exposed stones. Until the 1970s, this building served as a shelter for animals and a hayloft.

Clematide is located on the first floor of a building with two other accommodations managed by the Borgo Soandri Albergo Diffuso, Arnica and Soldanella. There is a common laundry room in the basement. The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. It also has a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view.
