The residence, refurbished keeping in mind the typical carnic architecture with stone elements in view, had been an animal recovery and a barn until the end of the 70s. Its position, in the heart of the historical centre, gives easy access to all the services the town offers. The building has two lodgings inside, while the basement has become a launderette. The lodging is located on the first floor and it has a well-equipped kitchen with a small living room, a bathroom with bath tub, a double room and a room with two single beds.
