The residence has been restored maintaining the salient features of the typical Carnic architecture with exposed stone. It was obtained from a building used until the mid 70s as a barn and a shelter for animals. Its location, in the heart of the old town center, allows easy access to all the services that the village offers. The building has three lodgings, with a small room in the basement used as a laundry room. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a well equipped kitchen with living room nearby, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and single bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed
